Do my customers need to download the app?: Yes — customers use the mobile app to book sessions, order meal prep, and get visit updates. You invite them into your store with a link.
Can I add chefs to my team?: Yes. Invite chefs, assign visits, and manage their availability and time off from the owner dashboard.
Can I pause orders or block dates?: Yes. Pause new bookings and meal prep with a customer-facing note, or block blackout dates for vacations and closures.
What does it cost?: We’re onboarding pilot partners during mobile beta. Request access below and we’ll share early-access pricing.
How do payments work?: Customers save a card on file. You authorize a hold at menu confirm and charge the actual total after the visit or pickup via Stripe Connect.
